How We Test Spinalto: Our Methodology

Before you read our review, you should know who writes it, where the facts come from and who pays us. Here it all is, no spin.

Who we are

We run an independent review site about Spinalto Casino. Yes, the domain is spinaltoofficial.com, but we are not the official website. We have nothing to do with the casino or its operator. We write for players in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany, in English, Dutch, French and German.

How we make money

Through affiliate links. If you sign up at Spinalto through our link and deposit, the casino may pay us a commission. You pay nothing extra and your terms stay the same.

Making money from a casino and still listing its weak spots. Does that add up? For us it does: a review that hides the downsides helps nobody in the long run. So they sit at the top: no licence in the Netherlands, Belgium, France or Germany, withdrawals that take 4–7 days, and players whose accounts were not closed when they asked.

Where our facts come from

First, from Spinalto itself. We read the promotions page, the bonus policy, the KYC policy and the list of payment methods, and we go through the game lobby. Every figure in the review (wagering, limits, minimum deposits) comes from there.

One example: on 7 October 2026 we reread the terms and conditions to see who is really behind the casino. The answer is in clause 1.4: Stegi Limitada, a company registered in Costa Rica. There is no gambling licence number, and that is exactly how we report it.

Second, from players. On 6 October 2026 Spinalto had 294 reviews on Trustpilot, averaging 3.9, with 23% at one star. We read about 35 one-star reviews from August to October to see what keeps coming up. We cannot verify individual stories, so we talk about patterns and give the date.

Third, from the law where you play: the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) and CRUKS in the Netherlands, the Gaming Commission and EPIS in Belgium, the ANJ in France, and the GGL and OASIS in Germany.

Every review states when the facts were last checked. If Spinalto changes its terms, we update the page.

What we assess

  • Licence and protection. Who runs the casino, and who can you turn to if something goes wrong?
  • Withdrawals. How long they take, which limits apply, which documents verification asks for.
  • Bonus. Wagering, maximum bet, maximum cashout, validity: the small print that decides whether a bonus is worth it.
  • Games. How many, from which providers, with or without live casino and sports betting.
  • Customer support. Channels and languages. Support speaks English, French, German and Greek, but not Dutch.
  • Complaints. What players report and whether the casino responds. On Trustpilot, Spinalto replies to 97% of negative reviews.

What we do not do

To be clear: we have not (yet) deposited or withdrawn real money at Spinalto. The withdrawal times in our review are what Spinalto itself states, checked against what players report. We say so every time.

No fake reviews, no invented “experts”, no star rating pulled out of thin air.

Responsible gaming

Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over and can be addictive. Worth knowing: Spinalto is not connected to CRUKS (NL), EPIS (BE) or OASIS (DE), so a self-exclusion there will not stop you here. Set a budget you can afford to lose, and get help early if gambling stops being fun, for example via Loket Kansspel or AGOG (NL), gokhulp.be (BE) or check-dein-spiel.de (DE).
